ROAMING THE RATES REBELLION

Screening on Sunday 2 May | 11am | Finborough Theatre’s YouTube

Roaming the Rates Rebellion is a self-guided audio tour and accompanying zine, exploring the history of the Poplar Rates Rebellion by visiting its key locations. The zine includes a map to help lead you around the walk, and embedded links play the audio story at each stop. The rest of the zine provides a handcrafted visual companion to immerse you in the journey. They hope it provides a way to integrate yourself in the borough, and to trace the footsteps of Poplarism and its present-day legacy. The experience was made by artistic partners and producers, Emily & Jodie.
