What to expect
Melanie combines group meditation with partner assisted stretching to bring an inclusive and fun approach to yoga; which cultivates positive human connection while developing and enhancing physical and mental wellbeing.
No experience, or equipment is needed to attend the class, just come with an open mind and wear comfortable clothing. There will be physical contact during the class, which some may find challenging, but be rest assured that you will not be expected to do anything you are uncomfortable doing.
About Melanie Kelay
Melanie as been teaching wellbeing and yoga classes for 2 decades and in the last 5 years through her own training and self discovery, and has developed these community yoga sessions that are playful, challenging and rewarding, held within a supportive environment.
