Family Autumn Nature Trail with Sunny Jar Eco-Hub

Sunny Jar Eco Hub are back to Poplar Union for a trail exploring the natural surroundings of Bartlett Park and the Limehouse Cut. Together we’ll be gathering Autumn treasures for some earth-friendly crafts activities as well as getting stuck into some litter-picking!

What to expect

Each family will get a craft pack to use with the materials you forage. Once you have foraged the materials you need, you will then go into the small studio at Poplar Union for a craft session. Your little ones will be shown how to make their own natural paints using spices, fruits and plants to create autumn inspired masterpieces, perfect for adding a seasonal vibe to your home. During the morning forage, you will also be given a litter-picker to collect any rubbish you find on your way.

This is a partially outdoor event, so please wear appropriate clothing and bring waterproofs/umbrellas in case the weather turns.

10am-11am – Forage & litter-pick in Bartlett Park
11am-12.30pm – Craft session in Mike
