THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Due to a staff member contracting COVID 19, Poplar Union will close to the public as of Thursday 16 December. As we approach the Christmas break, we want to be as careful as we can, and feel the best option is to close early and cancel our final few events of the year. Anyone who has booked an event will be contacted and their tickets will be transferred or refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes but feel it is important to prioritise the safety of our visitors and staff.

Welcome to Friday Sessions: free live music every Friday night in the cafe!

London House Cats Choir, poplar union, December, Friday sessions, gigs, choir, free

London House Cats Choir is a contemporary choir using House Music at its core. They use 3-part harmonies; Soprano, Alto & Tenor and blend this into a contemporary ‘dance music’ sound.

Participants from a day-long choir workshop will be invited to join them on stage for this special performance, with a couple of Christmas numbers thrown in for good measure! Find out more about the workshop here.

We will have support from friend of Poplar Union, LYN, who will be singing some festive tunes to get you in the spirit!
