Every second Friday, local singer-song writer Jordan O run his Soul Cafe session, inviting two artists to play each month.

This month we have:

Mike Moor

Mike Moor is a 22 year old singer-songwriter of Nigerian/Beninese decent; born and raised in South London. After 2 years finding his sound, coalescing flows and rhythm from Indie, RnB, and Hip Hop music, coupled with the smooth tones of his acoustic guitar; Mike Moor is refining an introductory landscape and experimental projects, to be released before the end of 2021.

Aiyana K

Aiyana K is a 20 year old singer/songwriter based in London. Aiyana started her journey at the age of 14 competing in Teenstar competitions reaching the final. She has continued to develop as an artist having performed regularly since then. Aiyana’s sound, an infusion of pop and contemporary RnB comes from listening to the likes of Daniel Caeser, James Arthur, Jorja Smith and Mahalia. The likes of which she would call her biggest inspirations. With many successful projects ongoing, include her widely popular YouTube Channel, Aiyana K is someone to watch out for this year.

Our host for the Soul Cafe, Jordan O, is a singer/songwriter from East London. Part of the Spotlight Sounds community, he is influenced by John Legend, Ed Sheehan, Lauryn Hill and Sean C Johnson, combining authentic, heartfelt lyrics with soulful melodies that are soothing and relatable. He writes with the aim to share a message that makes people feel loved and cherished.
