Self Care for Women of Colour

An immersive and participant-led workshop on burnout and self-care open to all women of colour. Facilitated by Karen Larbi.
What to expect
Women of colour are increasingly having a difficult time keeping track of the challenges they face. This immersive and participant-led workshop will help you identify unsustainable practices in your life, environment, and relationships that give rise to burnout. There will also be an exploration of techniques that can provide you with essential self-care, recharge your batteries and increase your capacity to face challenges.
