What to expect
Join Talking Therapies for these introductory workshops on how to improve your mental wellbeing. The focus is on learning practical tools to help yourself and your loved ones to improve your emotional health and to feel better able to manage your personal circumstances. The three workshops will focus on emotional health in families, how sleep is related to our mood, and how to reduce stress and anxiety.
Thursday 30 January: Looking after your family’s emotional health
Thursday 27 February: Sleep and wellbeing
Thursday 19 March: Reducing stress and anxiety
