Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sarah Anderson ONLINE
Due to the new government restrictions, we will now be running these yoga classes via Zoom!
Vinyasa flow is a creative way to open and restore your natural energy, it works to bring balance to your body and mind, strengthen and lengthen your limbs and bring a sense of wellbeing and flow to everyday life.
What to expect
This is a live, interactive class where Sarah can guide you through this tension releasing yoga class. Sarah’s aim is to empower people to be the best versions of themselves, teaching people to start exactly where they are, listen to their bodies and challenge the limitations of their minds. Sarah teaches the fundamentals of yoga with an emphasis on placement and getting people to understand how to activate the body in yoga poses, with an understanding that we are all unique and that it’s OK to not all look the same when we are doing yoga. Sarah teaches breath work (pranayama) and yoga philosophy- a truly holistic approach to yoga teaching.
Once you’ve booked your ticket, you will receive an email the day of the session with the Zoom details to join the class, as well as any further information you’re need beforehand.
