Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sarah Anderson

Vinyasa flow is a creative way to open and restore your natural energy, it works to bring balance to your body and mind, strengthen and lengthen your limbs and bring a sense of wellbeing and flow to everyday life.

What to expect

Sarah’s aim is to empower people to be the best versions of themselves, teaching people to start exactly where they are, listen to their bodies and challenge the limitations of their minds. Sarah teaches the fundamentals of yoga with an emphasis on placement and getting people to understand how to activate the body in yoga poses, with an understanding that we are all unique and that it’s OK to not all look the same when we are doing yoga. Sarah teaches breath work (pranayama) and yoga philosophy- a truly holistic approach to yoga teaching.

Sarah is 300 hr Yoga alliance Teacher specialising in Vinyasa flow yoga, Partner Yoga and Pregnancy yoga With over 15 years’ experience as a Bodywork therapist, Counsellor and Mindfulness Teacher.

New classes!

We’re excited to announce we have added an extra Yoga class to our programme due to popular demand!

Sarah will be running a 45min Saturday class at 9am and classes are now available to book.

Please note, there is no session on 7 March, and sessions on 28 March, 4 April, 11 April, 9 May & 27 June sessions will be in our smaller studio, Mike, so we advise you book to secure a place as spaces are limited.
