Midweek Meditation with Micki

Join Micki Ramondt every Wednesday at 8am on our Instagram Live for a midweek meditation session.

These 20-30 minute sessions will give you space to reflect on the week and time to take a breathe. Our mental health is incredibly important and we hope these sessions will allow you to refocus and provide some positivity at this difficult time.

About Micki

Micki is a yoga and meditation teacher. She completed her 250hrs teacher training in Philadelphia USA in 2008. She encourages each student to appreciate their strengths and their weaknesses so they can begin to see their true Self, not just the illusion.
