Morning Walk and Stretch

Join us for a morning walk and stretch.

On Friday, 1 September we will be joined by Stretch Coach Nicole Buning, who will give us guided stretches during the walk. These will be suitable for any ability.
We will meet at 7.30am on Friday outside Poplar Bakehouse. We’ll end up back at E14 Poplar Bakehouse at 8.30 where we’ll grab a coffee together.The session is free and there is no need to book, just make sure you’re ready to set off from the cafe at 7.30am.
