You, Me, the World & Poplar

Presented by take stock exchange & Poplar Union

Over the past few months, take stock exchange have been listening to conversations all over Poplar. In zoom rooms, on WhatsApp and over the phone – people have been talking; people have been sharing their stories;

Is Poplar a great place to be?
Will the future be better than the present?
What’s your story?
What’s our story?
What’s Poplar’s story?

Community storytelling company, take stock exchange, have been spending time with people all over Poplar, trying to understand what’s going on in this unique place. Join them online on Sunday 29 November for the release of a special series of stories about Poplar, gathered from the people who know it best. The link to the podcast will be released on the day.

The stories will be available to listen to via our podcast channel, where videos will include BLS and captions.

This project has been supported by Arts Council England, Poplar HARCA and Poplar Union. Above all, it relies on people in the local community giving their time and energy, we’d like to thank everyone who did so.
